Chances are, you know who this gorgeous soul is....I want to tell you what I know about her. Margie and I have been friends for double digits....and what I would tell you about her is that she is absolutely as wonderful as you might imagine. She is a beautiful beautiful beautiful pure heart....I know her as a loyal and wise and TOUGH AS NAILS friend. I know her as somone I can always count on, and as someone I can pick up with whether it's been 2 days or 2 months....I have seen her weather some pretty outrageously difficult times...and I have been blessed to see her make fabulous things happen too...I have watched her take her dreams and work feverishly until they are not only a reality...but a beautiful, perfect, extra-embellished and oh-so-heart-filled reality. Being with Margie makes you feel like you can do anything. She is also really really really funny....but, I have to say...what I love most about her is that she always always always stands in the wind...she is one of the most steadfast human beings I have ever met. I love laughing with her.....but what I love most is just sitting with her. She holds my hand......I know we have sat in silence lots of times just holding hands.....after we have breathed heavy sighs of "I wonder what is next in our lives........" She is someone I can be quiet with.........and feel 100% safe and understood. I love that about her. I just love her. I want you to know her.....she is worth knowing.
She has been a friend to me during everything. She has been to camp as a participant and to camp as a staffer...where she served and served and served the other women. She has a servant heart...and she just gets so much joy out of giving joy to others.
Well..........she and I talked this week about her incredible upcoming event. I have been staying close to home for a while now...doing my hiatus.....but I am soooo hoping that I can make it to this. Whether or not I can (it is just a few days after my big 40th bday....) I want YOU to look into it..it's called SPARK .and if it's in your heart to do it, and at all possible...I hope you will do everything you can to attend....because it will inspire you, blow your mind and make you SO HAPPY that you sacrificed whatever it took to be there.
