happy. tired......and finally getting there.....

Yes...the HAPPY kind of tired...

You know what I mean? .......when you have worked your tushy off and things start to come together...and you are just...bone deep exhausted...but in such a good way...a totally productive, WE MADE IT kind of way....the way you feel when you run through the finish line and take a big drink of water....and, maybe the rest is only for a little bit....but.....you get to sit and enjoy that beautiful kind of tired that comes from making it to your next point in the journey.

So....last night, just before midnight...we finally launched the BRAVE GIRLS CLUB website....included are all of the details for our very first, very special BRAVE GIRL CAMP....you can see it here...but let me tell you a little bit about all of this before you go...my friends that I showed the site to last night said that now they understand why I have been so busy..............not only have we been working feverishly to get this retreat ready...all of the curriculum and planning....but...I have been working on several new product lines simultaneously....and I'm almost done with so many big projects and I can't wait to get back to blogging regularly.

FIRST, BRAVE GIRLS CAMP!!!!......I don't know any other words to say that explain it better.......than....THIS IS A DREAM COME TRUE....seriously.....I wish I could just tell you in a way that you would totally understand...but...just, try to understand...DREAM COME TRUE...and.................I promise....if you can come, this retreat will be a dream come true for you too.......we're pulling out all of the stops on this, our debut retreat, making it the most special 4 days you could ever, ever EVER imagine.

You'll see when you visit the website, that it was a true labor of love and heart and soul.....this whole process has been.....this is SOOO important to me...sooo important to my sister....this is a big deal to us because we want our retreats to be LIFETIME experiences.....life changing and memorable and incredible and empowering and wonderful......we have been working days and nights to make this possible....planning, saving, working, creating...hunting down treasures and details and surprises for all of the participants....writing meaningful curriculum and creating fabulous projects and searching for and trying out the perfect recipes.....

We want this to be an absolutely perfect, magical and valuable 4 days........

So, it's a significant financial investment in yourself to go to this, one that YOU are absolutely worth.....sometimes we rationalize our way out of doing the things that we need to do most for ourselves.......but..........we thought.....if you saved all your pennies and nickles and dimes and dollars....because you NEED to get unstuck....you need to move forward, you need help in finding your path again....you need to find your courage and learn tools to make wonderful things happen in your life.....you NEED to make these new and lasting friendships and you need to get away from life.....and enter into a real, literal RETREAT from everything...into a positive, peaceful, beautiful, fun, supportive, safe artsy place where your companionship is absolutely treasured....where your presence is appreciated and your sacrifice to be there is absolutely understood..............if you are willing to make that sacrifice.....

.....then we are absolutely willing to make it the experience of a lifetime......and, you have my promise...and I know for sure my big sister's promise....that we are working SO HARD to create this experience for all Brave Girls Camp participants.........we are making this our huuuuge focus.....this is not only a very important business venture to us...but, we feel part of our life's most important work........

....this is like no other retreat that you have ever attended.....

I hope you can come.....I know it's going to require an enormous sacrifice for so many of the women who want to be there most....just know, that we are sacrificing right along with you..because THIS IS IMPORTANT....

Also know...that if you can't make it to this one, we will be holding Brave Girls Camp quarterly, along with other retreats of varying time lengths and intensity....so...if you can't come this time, please plan to come to another one!

In other news, goodness gracious have I been busy..........on Monday I will be making a big announcement about a really exciting, innovative product line that I will be debuting on Thursday in Salt Lake City......I can't tell about it until after the convention that I am participating in this weekend......but, I promise to show and tell on Monday.........

And.....in October, a new line of Melody Ross products will be debuting with a major retailer in the US....I will keep you posted........but here's a little sneak peek of the packaging you should look for.....

I hope you are keeping the faith......I know things are tough in the world right now...I hope you are keeping your head up....making things better wherever and whenever you can, and then just letting the rest of it go......I hope you are finding happiness and joy and light somewhere inside of everything you are doing......I still believe there's beauty and wonder and that dreams can come true.......and that they do....in their own little, magical ways...and in their own time.

Things are gonna work out........life is good and there's so much to be thankful for.....
I hope you are constantly focusing on those very things....
