HELLO ALL! We made it home, in clothes we'd been wearing for 36 hours, ready for a hot shower after lots of hugs and trip highlights with the kids....
WOW.
I am working on how I will compose this trip into blog entries......there really are not the right words in my vocabulary to adequately explain what we experienced over the last few weeks...but I am sure going to try. I knew that this trip to South Africa would be unforgettable...but I forgot about the life changing potential and promise that it had...and has had..................for me, for marq, for us and our future and our plans and our responsibility to take all that we have learned and experienced on every level in our life, and all that we have...to leave the world a little better than we found it. There is so much need......my, oh my, so much need in the world.
For now, just wanted to tell friends and family and blog friends that we are home safe....to thank again friends in South Africa for forging lifelong memories and friendships that we will hold on to always and always.....you were so so so good to us.

HAPPY TO BE HOME...there's just nothing like coming home, especially when "family" feels whole and complete and healed....our Thanksgiving prayer this year will go on and on and on....
